First off if I could comment that you guys did an awesome job working on a six-cylinder 3.5. If I want mine to sound like a V8 I think I would have to go and buy a v8. That would be my recommendation because I guarantee you after doing it once before myself on an older vehicle, I ripped it all apart and put it back the original backseat parts. I guess that's what most people are trying to do when they are trying to make these mods to change the sound. The thing is it really doesn't change the sound. It's still a 6-cylinder play spend all that money I don't want it to sound just not too bad I wanted to sound great and you'll never get there by changing Factory Parts out. I just had a lot of work done on my truck call my son was warranty work and I like the way it sounds. I haven't seen very much change in performance between making these aftermarket changes and or leaving your vehicle stock and taking care of the maintenance I mean some slight changes to a mid pipe or something like that might do the trick, but as far as bringing it all the way out it sort of reminds me of back in the day when NASCAR used to run the six cylinders and they sounded like a bunch of honey bees running around the track. So no nothing negative to say all positive and for you guys work it's nice and clean so you did a great job and I'm sure that the owner will like it it's just not my cup of tea. I have seen guys literally spend thousands of dollars trying to get that Notch just right. But it doesn't do it. So if I need that Rich Roush, yeah you know that Roush sound that comes through the system, but it truly starts obviously in the engine I bought my truck probably for all the other reasons I would never get it to sound like I really want it unless I bought a V8 again I talk to you guys great job
I have a 2021 3.5 with a MBRP 4” single side race version. Comes out to a 5” tip. It sounds different under acceleration than just giving revs. People are going to have to welcome V6 sound. Less and less V8 being produced.
nice i currently have a high flow CVF down pipe. ive been thinking about taking it in to see if someone is good enough to cut it so i can go dual exhaust like the rapters. doesnt seem like it would be to hard to do if i find the right guys.

All the guys saying take the resonator off drive it for 15 minutes with the drone and you see why.... I have bigger intercooler the bigger turbo adapters CVF downpipes highflow cats 4" stainless pipe w magnaflow and a 4" resonator no drone and sounds alot better..
Dude your killing these guys on sound!! On the Ecoboost trucks, you need to remove the Resonator, and leave the stock muffler or remove resonator and add a aftermarket exhaust for the best sound... but ALWAYS REMOVE THE RESONATOR FOR BEST SOUND!!

The resonator is killing the sound of both Magnaflow and Carven.
They all sounded surprisingly good! The straight pipe sounded the best.
Carven and magnaflow sounded decent to me, but straight pipes on it sounded better than i expected 💪

Not necessarily, just add equal length mid pipes to these trucks and they can sound like GTRs
