I wholeheartedly wanted Andrew Gillum to become Governor of florida and for stacy abrams to become governor of georgia. How awesome that would have been. I hate what has happened to andrew gillam As far as the drug charges And other charges. It was a witch hunt because a black man came too close to becoming governor of florida. Having said that, I can not get over him being married to a woman And coming out as bisexual. He has wroned this woman, he has wronged his family. IF he cheated within his marriage, then he could have potentially infected his wife with stds or aids. STDs can develop into cervical cancer, which is killing black women Disproportionately. Black women are dying every day just from being in love. And it is barely talked about. I just can't get over that.

Anyone can get HPV and it’s very common- you’ve probably had it before, if not currently. Anyone can get cancer from HPV. Cervical cancer is higher among black women because they are historically less likely to be seeing an OBGYN regularly for Pap smears. HIV is now higher among heterosexuals than gay men. So, it doesn’t matter if he cheated with a male or female, the risk is still there.
I don’t care about anyone’s private life or who they sleep with, as long as it’s consensual. You shouldn’t either.

No charges were filed because Gillum was set up. The amount of illegal substances found at the scene, coupled with a man allegedly overdosing, who conveniently disappeared , should have resulted in an arrest. The police didn't administer a breathalyzer on Gillum. Instead pictures were taken and leaked to the media. Gillum was escorted to his hotel and the male friend has all but vanished. If this isn't a set up, I don't know what is. However Gillum has no one to blame but himself because had Gillum not been reckless, he wouldn't even be on Tamron Hall show cleaning up his mess. Gillum could have been Biden's running mate.
He went there on his own terms. No one forced his axx to go there. This was all arranged prior to the meet. Gillum knew exactly who was going to be there and he had sex with the two dudes there along with some drugs. WHY weren't they arrested for the illegal drugs?? That's the big question.

Agree. Tamron conducted this interview very well and made Andrew feel comfortable enough to speak without any judgement toward him. I think she was sorry for him too and wanted to hear him say his peace with all that's happened since the race.

Like Tamron pointed out, the issue at this point isn’t if he identifies as gay or bisexual because it’s clear what it is, but more importantly is the fact that he put himself in such a compromising situation that not only effected him negatively but his wife and kids. Really thoughtless and disrespectful of him.
The point is ---- he is gay or bisexual to the public he wants to vote for him. Some people wouldn't vote for him for that "point" alone.

@@JM-qg9bo It's newsworthy because he ran for public office and asked for people's votes. Most people like myself don't care about anyone's sexuality and what happens between consenting adults. Him being bisexual is not the issue. The issue is that Mr. Gillium is a respected community leader who used poor judgement and allowed himself to hang out with people would embarass him in this way. That is the point.
While he didn't use any drugs, he hung out with people who did and worse people who, knowing his stature in the community, put him in a situation where he would end up being photographed in a comprising position the way he was.
Andrew Gillum is now a leader and the behavior you expect from a leaders is behavior that is exemplary, behavior that we can point as an example that children can follow and emulate. If he was a just another private citizen, no one would care. He is not just another private citizen, he is a community leader now and we expect him, like all community leaders to set a certain standard of decorum and decency. He knows this full well which is why he has apologized for his RECKLESSNESS. Nobody cares that he is bisexual, it's his irresponsibility that is the issue at heart

🙄 This drama has just began, I am sure there's a video of him and these other men waiting for the right moment to be revealed - firstly to the highest bidder. His explanation still leaves a lot of questions. I felt she forgot to ask him what would an accomplished family man wants with a mere male acquaintance in an unfamiliar ,"closeted" surrounding, such as a hotel room? Also, did he know the man was an escort? He admits he's been acquainted with him for several months.
In my opinion, a bisexual person is also a gay person when he hooks up with the same sex. His wife has the same scrutiny as she's also sleeping with all the men her husband is sleeping with. She's knowingly playing along putting herself and young children in a position of danger. Deadly viruses doesn't discriminate.🙄
She said they had an agreement so sounds like she is ok with it but was not okay when he got exposed and now the world knows about their agreement. She is sick too if she thinks that is a marriage.

@Binge Flix Once again As Tamron said its irrelevant because many people know the political-high profile and celebrity world are known for that....the issue is when pictures are taken and your business gets in the wrong hands of someone that will expose you (it is not until you are exposed when your image is damaged). Whatever someone have been doing behind closed doors for a lifetime is that person's business. (They can replace that person position but it does not mean the new person is not out there doing the same thing, they just have not been exposed).
So the person standing over him taking the pictures took the pictures and THEN overdosed and who called 911 if he was already passed out and the only other person in the room according to him had overdosed?!

@arrh eye I'm speculating but from my understanding, the older guy booked the room for the male escort & was coming later. The escort had time before the older gentleman arrived & wanted to entertain or possibly have fun with a younger guy, which was Andrew. By the time the older guy was expected to arrive, the escort would have been high & Andrew would have left if things went as planned. When the older guy called 911 saying a political figure was on conscience, someone took the chance to take pics & sell them to the blogs, I'm thinking someone in law Enforcement.
