I have a 2024 F250 Platinum. Good friend of mine at Ford did everything you’re doing. When he pulled up that list in the little chip looking icon he could not find the body control module folder. It just wasn’t there. So we couldn’t get it done.

It's not letting me edit my original comment, but I watched it again and see where you said the Speedo was pretty much spot on.
Yes once it’s calibrated the speedo is correct.
