- I've waited years for this day.. it's honestly the best day ever! We FINALLY move into the DeBerti Ranch! Its time to organize our new barn my Dad and I built and get busy! I truly don't feel the DeBerti Ranch will ever be completed due to all of our big plans.. I have a question everyone!

You say barn… here in Texas we call it a “shop”… I love what y’all are doing! Dream Ranch!
Shop is looking good. Brad I hope your realize how special you and your dads relationship is. Its one in a million. Please dont forget that.
Plywood would have been soooo much better than OSB for the mezzanine flooring, but T&G was a good idea. Otherwise, a totally awesome shop! Gotta give it up for the 'ol man, he has done a ton.
Thank you. I've been doing construction about 22 years. It sucks at times. But finished results are always worth it at the end.

You guys deserve what you have. You didnt expect anybody to do it for you, and you both have tons of sweat equity into your shop. That to me screams a great work ethic. Congratulations to your whole family, and if you ever need a truck driver, by all means let me know. I may be old, broke (physically)from 30yrs of trucking, but I still have some good days left in me and to be a part of something amazing as what yall have going on would be a great place to work. God Bless you all.

Dude it must be so cool to have your dad. You are so focused and he is so laid back. You need to go late model or modified dirt racing.
One thing I would consider on the "fab" area is walling it off so that all that dust stays in one area and not all over the shop.
I love the barn, it’s going to be amazing. Your dad busted his butt, old school guy mentality. I hope the younger kids recognize how much they can get done if you fully dedicate yourself to it.

On the office side, I would say build another mezzanine and have "offices" above for both you and your dad. And the shared space by the entrance I wou enclose so when the shop gets dust and messy, the office/hang out area stays clean. Looks really good sir.

@@DeBerti big a fan of you and your dad, love the insane off the chart builds. I’m moving from Massachusetts to Florida next month have to give up my 7 car garage and most of my cars. Keeping my 86 Corvette I’ve had for 36 years and I will be buying back my custom 2004 Viper truck, can’t wait. Will be living near Disney World that’s our dream and beings able to drive my cool cars all year round !

Ranch is really amazing. The relationship you have with your father is great to see does not hurt father is such a great guy. So is the ranch just your guys personal playground or are the businesses moving there also?
Get some pallet racking you won't regret it, takes advantage of the vertical space

Thats easy work cause ur just laying them down! I do drywall an right know im working at the new casino getting built here in vegas at the fountain blue! An we are hanging ceilings with 4'x12' sheets! Thats a pain in the ass lol

@@F-n-Ham yeah I'm super happy for them, theyve been putting in the hard work & still creating/fabricating some of the coolest trucks and cars for years now. With their style and touch on it all, it's going to be an insanely cool shop inside and out. I really like the stuff they do with trucks especially, I'd love to see them create and put their own twist on a f250 powerstroke but make it like a turbo diesel version of the Ford Raptor R.

Dad's a real cool guy, I have 2 Boys and they always helping me instead of recording me ? Hint ? If you where my kid you would be the one moving and I would be the one recording. But knowing me I would help, kid stop being lazy help your dad ! Your Spoiled that's the issue but know one says it I am.
we work hard together every day. your just seeing the film side. my dad has always taught me hard work and i enjoy it with him

i dont know i would call it a barn, to me a barn is build with wood i would call that a steel building , shit it don't even look like a barn just saying
Not being a smart ass.. but I've done this before. Far as moving shops and stores.. just a pointer.. should have welded the pallet racking on the bottom bars... Since ya had a tow motor/forklift.. just enough were the pallet jack could move them up top.. y'all may have done it.. but future reference if not!! Great job guys!
