R53 Mini Engine swap Prt 5 - What did not go so well

In this video I discuss the things that did not go so well for me. Again due to time pressure and that I was borrowing a working garage, not all of the changes or issues were filmed...soo..you just get to hear me talk about them.

Great work and always helpful to hear what can and does go wrong. I’m always of the opinion that it would be easier to sell a standard engine with all the bits and bobs done than a modified one, although this might be different as you would be documenting it in your videos to show what has been completed.

Thank you for the feedback. Agreed on that, and even though it is documented, is it exactly what someone else wants. The further you go with mods the more expensive and probably the smaller the target market.
The basic could be just a pulley, then maybe a cam and then ported head, not sure I would do more than that. Still we will see.
