- It was just amazing how much was really rotted. Could never see this while looking from the outside before buying this house. Oh well what can I say. Some hard work and a few days.

Always my friend
This guy is still posting 😁? Welcome!
You bet
My home is 1940 as well. It's about 1300 square feet. About how much does this g house your doing going to cost im wondering.
This why I can't redo my home. Not sure what lies beneath and I work a good job ...20 years in ... and I can't afford the level of reno that's needed. I have conceded defeat and just do nothing. 😢
This guy is badass i wish i had your knowledge whats the update on this house like to see how it turned out
LOL, this is the latest ruclips.net/video/BcAtaUHrMfs/видео.html&lc=UgzkN41DT8VTo4gan6F4AaABAg
Dealing with this also right now. Love to seeing this.
Are you really? Yeah this one keeps going and going. But it's all going back together right now.
Aaaaay Ohhhhhhhh, Paisan (It's an italian thing for those of you that dont know) I'm glad to see you are back, Cant wait for more video's. Gli Italiano sono I migliori n costruzione.
You know it, thanks buddy. More coming soon
love it! haha 120 bucks and a couple hours work no big deal
Yeah it's not all THAT bad. Time will tell lol
Upstate/WNY here, and thats gotta be one of the worst I've ever seen. Looks like it rotted from the bottom up, however it looks pretty bad even above the shot framing. Hope you got it cheap.
Yeah it does. Yeah cheap enough. This is the back house of the main house and I moreless got it for free. It was a bank owned and they didn't realize it was on the property LOL Win win, well kinda lol
Ain't seen you in a minute, dude. How you been?
Good thank you. More to come. Hope you're doing well.
we are taking over my grandparents old home in the country, built in the 40s. one part of the floor seems spongy. i dont know if there have been any upgrades. my uncle lived there for years but no one has lived there for about a year now. what should we expect?
The most important thing to do is really inspect the wood, sill plates all beams and floor joist. Use something really skinny and sharp and try to push it in hard in the wood. If it’s rooted you’ll know. If not ask a contractor for some help.
Nice project good luck
Thank you
glad you're back still laughing about the toilet in your ex's front yard. Is it just rotten wood or termites or carpenter ants?
Yeah that was funny. Not for her lol. Yes just rotted wood, mainly because of all the leaky drain pipes in the house and the foundation being covered up and high with dirt.
Good lord, I have never seen a kitchen come apart that easy.
LOL I never took one apart so easy lol
Where the hell have you been ? Hope to see more of your videos in the future or maybe soon .
You bet. Been buying some houses to redo and make tons of videos
So crazy to watch this as an inexperienced person, it looks so overwhelming
a real unique fixer upper opportunity. Giving me flashbacks of my own personal hellhole I mean slice of realestate heaven.
Yes, many people past these two houses by. Me, the diamond in the rotted wood I would say.
The rotten thing that needs to be replaced first is the permit process and the officials lining their pockets from it. TY Medly!
Oh my god, they gave me such a hard time with the permit. I pulled over 45 permits last year without any issues. This town, WOW. They neighbor right behind this house turns me in for just looking at the house. That's a great way of making nice.
looks like you have it handled, boss!
I got this, but wow
