I live here in Sudbury , 2 bedrooms apartment cost 1650 with electricity included . I think it is more inexpensive than Calgary .

Hi Rishabh. Do you Pay 1000 for 1BHK? Is it not in downtown? I'm moving to the city next year and I see rents around 1500 in downtown area.
Right now price is increased that's why you are getting in 1500. He is living in downtown. We pay 1300 for 2BHK in downtown but our lease is 2 year old otherwise in our building for new tenants price is way more.

1 Basements in Seton are at 1250+utilities =1400$. Apartments 1bed 1400-1700 , 2 bed 1800-2200( some nicer ones)
