Hey Max. I discovered wholesaling through a book I read a few days back. Since then I have been obsessed with learning everything I need to know about wholesaling. In the last 5 days I been fighting 2 fronts. Trying to find a seller, and trying to find a buyer. I have designed and set up my own website, created dummy ads, created bandit signs, and created animated video ads all in effort of building up a back end to support the lead generation and sales funnel. I visited my tax collector, got a hold of a tax delinquency and high equity sellers list, imported the data into facebook ads to target motivated sellers. I even have my business cards designed, and I've been door knocking prospective leads around my city all in effort to create my first deal. What I've learned bootstrapping is how much information I need, and everyday I'm hungrier and hungrier for more. Your videos give out so much great information, and everyday I wish how great it would be to have a person like you mentoring me on my business. It would cut down on so much time and wasted energy pursuing the wrong information. Thank you so much for your videos Max, they have been a great resource for me.

I would agree with wire coaching...but with consistent marketing and changing your approach will make you stand out than the other guys...meaning if the other guys are doing “we buy house” signs you should do “sell me your house or I’ll cry 😢” being different cash checks
Great interview great guest. Do you know if the seller doesn't put the property under contract before going out does he stop trying to buy the property? You do a great interviewing you are the only guy that let's the guest talk.

Great interview. Just one thing I don't understand. If you're making offers over the phone, I would think 99.9% of the time you're gonna have to renegotiate once you get out there due to condition of the house? Or did I miss something?
How does asking for a price reduction on every deal not ruin his reputation locally? It seems similar to always using contingencies to try to tweak the terms of a deal last minute. I'd love to try it, but def don't want to sacrifice my professional image.
