No! your assigning the contract to the end buyer so therefore they buy the house you put under contract with the seller. Only the person purchasing the house and selling the house are needed at closing to sign paperwork. (You are the middle man!)

Yes! I’m 20 and just starting off. I’m looking to do my first deal in Memphis. My mom does rental units but not wholesale. So it’s going to be interesting learning another part of real estate.

Im currently 13 turning 14 this year when im 18 i am gonna wholesalr and every month before taxes i am gonna use all my money in the bank and put down a down payment cosign with someone for credit score and bank statements or buy the house fully and rent it out and use that as a business write off or run off i have a goal that i am gonna achieve by the time i am 20 to have a total of 1 million us in housing assets and by the time i am 21 i am gonna build from 20 to 21 a 60 000 us every month cashflow from rental properties then i am gonna travel the world with my parents and buy them a oceanfront home and a car then i am going to university to study about marine life
Can you make a video saying how you get started and when you find a home who do you sale it to who are the people that buys the home you find do you have to invest money?
does the cold calling team make offers on those calls and send contracts or if the sellers asking price fits the MAO, do they send it you to go look at and negotiate in person? can you explain the flow?

Something sounds off because he stated that he had gotten or took 20 of the other guys printed bandit signs and that he had put those out and got a deal from that but what doesn't sound right is if the bandit signs were already printed with the other guys information example his phone number how did he get the deal because that would mean the person that called would have been contacting the guy that had the signs printed that would doesn't make sense to me
