I have been an emotional eater for all of my adult life! My son died in 2009 and all that followed was a nightmare. I lost from 1801bs to 113 lb Not from being on a diet, but because I was so grief stricken that I could barely swallow water! After several years I gained all of the weight back from self medicating with food. My health has been terrible. I have been watching your videos and I am ready to begin to stop the self harm from overeating and medicating with food. I will write the "love letter" to myself in the morning and begin. Congrats Liz on your 2 year anniversary 🎉👍 Still have to start but trying slowly to eat more starch and veggies In one year just by not eating late and being mindful of what I'm eating, I'm still happy to have lost almost 15lbs and to me, that was great because I knew, slowly but surely, the extra weight will come off 😄 Still have a good 20 lbs to loose and I'll be happy to be consistent doing it and hopefully one day be fully on the starch solution 😊 Thank you Liz for the good words and inspiration and your videos full of great recipe ideas ❤

To be honest, I was letting so much oil sneak into my diet through cans and oatmilk. I plan to buckle down and get really strict with what I buy. I appreciate your time and energy that you put into making this and for your inspiration.
Wow…that’s quite the inspirational journey you’ve been on. I’ve adopted a wfpb starch based lifestyle. I don’t have weight to shift, but I do believe your products will assist me in a wfpb/starch focused diet. Thank you for sharing!
Hi Liz, thanks for sharing your journey, not just with food but lifestyle. I'm definitely a junk food vegan right now, but am trying focus on WFPB now again. We followed the SS for a month early last year, and I know with some planning and determination, we can get back on it. Nice work on your videos and 50/50 plate--cheers!

They hold 25 oz's on each side. Not that big, the photo may seem like they are very large but they are not. Not sure on other sizes, it is very complex to make just the one bowl, but who knows, we may.
I used to snack when I first started eating this way, but rarely snack now. Here are some things I would snack on, rice cakes, popcorn, fruit, potatoes (I know, crazy), rice crackers, my homemade bread, pickles, dates...
