I couldn't agree more. I bought my King C. Gillette at Walgreens and i am very impressed. I love the blades and the way the razor performs. I don't believe mine came with instructions as well. 👍
There was no manual in mine. Good first impressions with the razor and blades. I plan to use it with different blades to see if I get different results.
A good video. Thank you. I think this is a very good safety razor. Much better than the price may make buyers think. It definitely deserves being much more expensive.
Very nice first impressions of the razor and blades. I may pick one up down the road, but I’m in no hurry as I mostly use SEs and shavettes these days.
It’s the DE89 head design but if your thinking of getting one go for the Muhle R89 instead, same razor, pretty much the same price but better build quality IMO.
Someone was saying the heritage had the Muhle head. I'm not sure, either way I wintry a Gillette till they put the damn money and time into making a head. They're cheating and it's annoying, and don't say they don't know how lol.. Once they design their own head and handle I'm buying one.
Yes, I recommend that you go for it. No other non-adjustable safety razor, however expensive, will give you any better results. I've tried, for instance, the Feather AS-D2S, which is a beautiful stainless steel razor, but the results it provides are the same.
You can look for 26mm Gelousy knots option with any handle. I don't sell them individually yet (haven't gotten the listing up) bit AP Shave Co sells them without handles

Fair review of your first use with that Razor & Blades.
You still recommend this razor? I currently have QShave dustable razor

I’m gonna buy one all the reviews I’ve seen are positive
I don't doubt it! There are some razors that I like more, but there are plenty that it beats out from my den

I just bought one this morning and mine had no manual either
I bought one and it does way better than the Van Hagan Razor by far. And the blades are Better 2 for sure no thumbs down!
Oh, definitely better than the VDH razor! Hands down
Blades are rebranded Gillette platinums good blades , nice video I picked up the blades was hesitant on the razor
kelly, Have you compared them to the Gillette Platinums to confirm that they perform the same, in your experience?
The balance point is 1/3 back on the knurled part, which seems to make sense. If you're used to plastic fantastics it's gonna feel weird.
Hi
The “manual” is on the back or side of the box I believe..
Not on mine. There is some info about the razor, but nothing helpful about how to use it
I'm thinking the "manual" is online. Because there's nothing on or in the box. I just picked one up at Walgreen's today and think I made out OK.
Are you still using the King c Gillette double edge safety razor
Yep
@@CravingShavinghow about this year? Do recommend this razor i currently have QShave adjustable razor

Just bought mine today at Walgreens and there is no manual either.
Do you recommend to buy it?
Yeah, I liked it and the price is pretty good.
Great razor

As good as the fusion 5 proglide power?
I doubt I'll ever own own of those. I had a power Mach 3 back in the day and I'd rather use this than that
Craving Shaving you don’t like the power razors
I didn't see any benefit. You're talking about the vibrating ones, right?
Craving Shaving the vibrating ones
Much better, because it's for man and not for soy boys like the other....
Mine had no manual either.
