Another trick you can also try is logging out every time you stop using social media. You dont necessarily need to set any time limits, but just the reminder of the login screen and the effort of typing in your password is often enough to not start scrolling at all. I wish there was an app that would automatically log out selected apps after for example 15 minutes of not being opened.

May I request a "How to stop a gaming addiction" video? I think it'd help me a lot, it's really the only thing keeping me from success. I don't have a problem with scrolling, but sometimes I find myself playing gaming for hours when I'm supposed to be working.
Myself I was gaming for 9-16 hours a day and the rest is mostly sleeping and some little things myself I just didn't play for 2 days of how busy I was then I just stopped wanting to play like ever I watch gaming videos or updates on games I used to play but I don't play tho
