I really appreciate your unselfish content, you are definitely dropping some gems. I'm jumping in on faith and determination. Tired of my 9-5 ,searching for a truck now.
Do a video on how to get direct customers for pp that are already set up it will even help ppl just starting .. like cold calling, emails how to find and contact direct customers. We need to cut out these greedy brokers and go direct.
@@Kkingtrucking y’all be all over so I just asked. I check the load board from time to time and those rates are terrible. The biggest plus is your direct customer 💪🏾💪🏾
Also let people know market conditions if they do decide to jump in the industry. They can’t see your success and feel it’s going to be smooth. It’s a brokers market and most people coming in will most like be on the load board. Folks putting their all into a truck and insurance and the rates aren’t helping them profit.
@@ryeyoungin155 yeah that’s something many people don’t talk about. Yes you can make money, but building towards consistent profit takes time and rates are so low and new authority get the bare minimum. You found something consistent for the time and it’s local so that’s a plus. While you’re out there keep looking for direct customer opportunities.
@@therealmvpee load boards are useful. The rates are bad at this point. Most owner operators use load boards to book their loads. The BEST thing for owner operators is to get direct customer freight.
Can’t truly start till 21! My advice to you would be, finish high school, if you choose not to go to college, start working, stay at home, save as much as you possibly can each month, each year, get better jobs to increase your income till your 21. at 18, get a cred card, secured or regular, build your credit properly. Start the business at 21 and go hard till 25 and reinvest.
