I often go to Indie shows with my Niece and Nephew, and before the show will get chatting to other kids, Benoit’s name will sometimes come up, and there will always be that one kid (who’s 4 or 5 years old) that says “is he the one that went to Prison”, “is he the one who robbed a bank”, where they don’t know specifically what he did, but they attach negativity to his name, and it’s sad.

His autopsy did also show that he would have died 6 months - 1 year later because of heart failure, because his heart was like 3 times bigger than a normal heart due to consuming steroids for at least a decade.
