He stutters a little here but understand right after you are in a contact situation your brain is shook up a little - I understand this to be right after WrestleMania. I experienced this playing prop in rugby. He's a guy in his 40s doing a crazy physical job so obviously it is starting to wear on him. He sounds a little off but nowhere near the medical examiner's evaluation that his brain resembled an 85 yo man with severe Alzheimer's.

I'm pretty sure people are misinterpreting what was meant by the "80+ year old with Alzheimer's" thing. I don't think they were speaking about his ability to function per se, but talking about the overwhelming amount of grey matter and just general damage they saw. Different types of damage to different areas of the brain have drastically different effects.

That moment at the end of Wrestlemania 20, with Eddie in the ring, that wasn’t planned, and it was a perfect moment, as they were 2 guys who were never meant to achieve it, but they did, and both standing in the ring as champions.
      Where all that, is ruined.
I often go to Indie shows with my Niece and Nephew, and before the show will get chatting to other kids, Benoit’s name will sometimes come up, and there will always be that one kid (who’s 4 or 5 years old) that says “is he the one that went to Prison”, “is he the one who robbed a bank”, where they don’t know specifically what he did, but they attach negativity to his name, and it’s sad.
