I don’t really know what else to use, but my doctor said what I’m doing is perfectly fine and is contributing to helping me recover.
One recommendation when you list things like, recipes, supplements, etc it would be awesome if you list them in the description, much love and keep up the good work!
There have been recent studies showing that creatine is considerably more effective when taken directly AFTER a workout and dissolved in water with a pinch of refined sugar. Use slightly warmer water to help it dissolve quicker.
@@__adityarajput.09__ no he means sugar (salt is also good, salt attracts water INTO the cell) but because sugar absords water in biological systems, and if the creatine is disolved in the water then it can better get absored into the bloodstream/gut
I’ve used a lot of your tips to get past a plateau of strength man I appreciate you! I gotta say your gut looks good bro haha you like to eat, but abs are still showing all the time. I’m the same way
People always hate and project their limitations on others. Just because you can't get built and gain muscle doesn't mean everyone else is on juice. Take accountability. Great video by the way.
Some people are just born envious and just want shortcuts to life, freaking losers! Davis put in the work, and he made it to the top. Bet half of these people couldn't grind that much for such a reward 🤣
Another advice: supplements isnt gonna change anything unless you already reached your peak or need that extra 1% to reach it. In your first 2-3-4 years of lifting you don't need anything except training seriously, with the right intensity, sticking to the program, sleeping enough, and having your protein intake with being good with your calories and eating overall healthy food. Don't waste your money. Don't take coffee anymore except just before going to the gym and only then, that will be your preworkout kick.

Minerals like calcium, zinc, and magnesium fight for absorption. They should be spaced out. Not taken together. Be wary that cows milk has calcium so whey protein has calcium as well and other dairy products such as cheese have it. Food is also a factor for how well minerals are absorbed. If you plan on taking magnesium at night kindly make sure to avoid its oxide form since it is not readily absorbed. If you take magnesium at, try its glycinate form. This form can help you sleep better.

The testosterone business
This aint even much
valid list. i take creatine, ashwagandha, a multivitamin (because i have no clue what to use) and sometimes pre workout if i don’t feel like working out. at the end of the day i take magnesium, maybe ashwagandha if i miss it in the morning, and melatonin to help me sleep and stay asleep for recovery.
i’ve been trying to figure out what works for me and those are the only ones that feel like they make a difference. most of my other vitamins i get from the foods i eat.
I don’t really know what else to use, but my doctor said what I’m doing is perfectly fine and is contributing to helping me recover.
One recommendation when you list things like, recipes, supplements, etc it would be awesome if you list them in the description, much love and keep up the good work!
Just did! Took me a bit to type it up and post it ✊🏼
@@DavisDiley Love it, you are amazing!
I thought the same ! The Best a RUclipsr can do is include “Ingredients” for all recipes on their descriptions.
@@DavisDiley youre natty?!?!?!?
That's pretty much what i take except beetroot and spirulina and what i recommend everyone to take, no matter if they train or not.

I like your funny words magic man.
There have been recent studies showing that creatine is considerably more effective when taken directly AFTER a workout and dissolved in water with a pinch of refined sugar. Use slightly warmer water to help it dissolve quicker.
Not sugar it is salt
@@__adityarajput.09__ no he means sugar (salt is also good, salt attracts water INTO the cell) but because sugar absords water in biological systems, and if the creatine is disolved in the water then it can better get absored into the bloodstream/gut

As a natural lifter I love these guys
Man has bigger belly than me and more defined abs then me
Bro really switched from Tech N9ne to B.o.B fast on the intro 😅
This is actually really solid. No BS
People always hate and project their limitations on others. Just because you can't get built and gain muscle doesn't mean everyone else is on juice. Take accountability. Great video by the way.

You're really gonna claim Natty:/?

@@Juan-ig1bh He aint steroid free
He’s been working out for 15 years, this is definitely achievable in that time.

Yep - I’d have no problem admitting if I used any exogenous hormones
I wasn’t quite sure if the voice over was actually him so watching him talk look very strange at first
Another advice: supplements isnt gonna change anything unless you already reached your peak or need that extra 1% to reach it.
This is patently untrue. Where is this broscience coming from lmao
@@ctrlaltcreate3827 The bro science is in the experience and what really works from the results achieved. I know what he’s saying is true since it’s worked for me and people I train. Thank you goodbye

After workout 10grams of glutamine
And 30 minutes before sleep on empty stomach zma and omega 3…

Just curious what Male on roids has an insanely deep voice compared to natty men 🤔🤔🤔. Now if he was a female with that voice then yeah
ofcourse he does if you eat the right supps and workout out insanely for 20 years like he did… you must look like him a bit atleast… example athlean x is also natural. Their natural chest is evident in both.. limited by genetics
Do you have your shirt off each time you take those supplements? That’s probably the key.
You need none of that, maybe the pre-workout.
These people lack a proper diet
The pre workout would be the first thing to go if he were to make cuts

Minerals like calcium, zinc, and magnesium fight for absorption. They should be spaced out. Not taken together. Be wary that cows milk has calcium so whey protein has calcium as well and other dairy products such as cheese have it. Food is also a factor for how well minerals are absorbed. If you plan on taking magnesium at night kindly make sure to avoid its oxide form since it is not readily absorbed. If you take magnesium at, try its glycinate form. This form can help you sleep better.
