Great days. People like this only exist in certain places. My hometown in North Carolina is one place. I surly do miss the southern way of life.

Emm Pedno I agree that would have been a great idea, and judging from this clip would probably have worked really well, but Jerry Reed wasn’t born until 1937 so he would have been only 9 years old when Martin and Lewis first teamed up in 1946.
I'm glad they both got to work together, they both have the same laid back style, but oh! The smoking!

Been a big Jerry reed fan since I was a young boy. Liked dean a bit later on. Really got into dean this year ( thanks covid) and this is AWESOME!! two of my favs doing one song together!

Both guys didn't take themselves seriously very self deprecating and goofy. But they were masters of their craft. Both are greatly missed in this age of bland pompous wannabe stars. Play it son!

Moodymongul It does look like that, but I’m sure that if that had happened then they would have stopped the tape and started again. And “you can bet your sweet cheeks” that Dean would have had one of his comical ad-libs to say about it!

That is one darn good question... I'm not completely sure, but I would think either late 70's or VERY early 80's.
For Dean's appereance, I would say this is between 1983 - 1984 (he look just like he did in the Cannonball movies).
