Hi Megan I just came across your video. Unfortunately I'm a simple personal trainer without any deeper knowledge of spinal cord injuries, so there's not a lot I can offer. From my own clients, I have found that isometric exercises help a lot in different aspects, because you're holding certain positions and slowly get the muscles used to those. But I'm pretty sure you have tried these already as well. Apart from that, I just wanted to congratulate you, because your standing and walking actually looks amazing to me! Just out of curiosity, as a trainer: Is there any limit strength-wise as to how long you can stand or walk, or is it mostly a balance/numbness issue? Anyway, keep it up and I know you will eventually succeed!
Just gonna throw this out... have you thought about a kafo, but not with any locking joints. They make a rubber "band" that can be placed in an afo part that allows normal range. Interview orthatists before going with one. I can't believe that there isn't someone in your region that can build what you are looking for. They should be able to get you aligned and get you full ROM. If it was me... I would have an assessment ordered from your doctor to a P.T. that specializes in sci patients. They can help press a orthatists to build exactly what you want.
I had the tendons cut on 4 of my toes and it made a huge difference. Going to have the last two done next month.
I wish u the best
