Thank you! We followed your video step by step and it solved the problem of ice blocking the drain hole under that panel. We found the root of the issue was in the back where a P-Trap tube that drained into the tray was clogged with 20 years of crud.

can you fix it by turning off the refrigerator and open the door and let all the ice melts by itself for a few days
