Cooking Tip - Pancakes

I make pancakes every now and then for dinner for my wife and son. They are always in awe of my mad pancake skills. I keep telling them, it's not that hard to make really good pancakes. My son-in-law makes incredible pancakes. I finally got his secret. He adds vanilla extract to the mix. It's hard to believe how much that affects the flavor! Try it on some of your new batches...

I found that adding a tad more water to the batter helps and using really low heat throughout the whole process helps.

Step 1. Use the right equipment. You need a high, even heat and a thick metal.
