I’m having a problem where even following an automatic head clean, and a manual clean there are large white lines thru the magenta ink when tested and when printing. I just got the printer less than a week ago and am now just experiencing this issue. Any recommendations?

Hi, Have you ever had a problem with the motor stopping? It locks up at the beginning, it seems like the ink head doesn't go down and grabs it at the beginning of the cycle.
