Just so it's clear, these are just examples of the "very easy" questions on the test. Since the ASVAB and PiCAT are computer-adaptive tests, the questions will get progressively more difficult as you answer more and more questions correctly!
Most people can solve that one without doing to much work, but since this is an instructional video, I have to show people the logic behind everything.

I do this, so you can get more practice answering the same questions that are worded slightly differently. For some of those videos, I may have been a little hung over when I made them, so cut me some slack!
What sections did you do poorly on? If English isn't your native language, paragraph comp and word knowledge can be difficult, even if you study a lot.
If you stick with the free resources on my RUclips channel, you'll have no issues on test day! Study hard using my videos, and test day will be a piece of cake!

a^2 is the same thing as 1a^2. 3a^2 + 1a^2 = 4a^2. In Algebra, the one is usually not expressed in front of a letter variable.

m is the slope. If you put the equation in y = mx + b form, you just need to identify m to answer the question.

Anything above a 50 is better than average. Anything above a 92 is considered a Category I score, which is exceptional.

Generally speaking, people do better on the real test than the practice test, because they spend some time studying between the two. Good luck!
