      why do you think it's bad for lower back?

      @@DanJeongg Because lower back is rounded - bad position for that part of spine.

      @@blackjohnny0 unless one has extremely weak or injured lower back, pike push up shouldn’t give you problem on your lower back. The spine position is perfectly fine.
