the problem MIGHT be the Bluetooth controller, or maybe the n64 was moved a bit while it was being shipped. It might just be REALLY old as well, just like the Xbox 360 once it gets REALLY old it stops to work. I would recommend getting one off eBay or Mercari.

I was shocked to see that ocarina of time wasn’t in there that was a classic n64 game AND it’s on 3ds and switch (or pre-order or something)
for the n64, the problem just arises with age. my n64 does the same thing. cleaning the cartridge pin connectors on the bottom with q tips and water or alcohol helped immensely for me.
If you ever get the console up and running, you should give the Wayne Gretzky game a try. Very fun NBA Jam style hockey game!
I'd definitely watch a conker series, but if the game is too long Views might go down on the later episodes, but idk if the game is long, never played it

I problem I had with my N64 is it wouldn't display on the tv.
The solution was that the power cable wasn't pushed in enough so maybe you can try that.
The power cable might feel like it's in all the way but try pushing it in when the console is on

Hey yub you should buy this game called big brain academy brain versus brain for your switch if you have time! Its a pretty good game and i think you might like it! There is also a demo available too!

Nice Job finding that! I had a really nice barber that let me have their N64 for free then we bought a really cheap game bundle for it from some guy
uh neither i have an n64 they're just kinda finicky sometimes you get sound sometimes you don't sometimes you get video sometimes you don't really the only way i've found out how to fix it is to turn it off and back on again
