Nelli Malli Rasam - நெல்லி மல்லி ரசம்
Amla (நெல்லிக்காய்) - 4 nos
Green Chillies (பச்சை மிளகாய்) - 3 nos
Tomato (தக்காளி) - 4 nos
Coriander stem (கொத்தமல்லி தண்டு) - Few
Coriander leaves (கொத்தமல்லி இலைகள்) - 3 tbsp
Garlic Cloves (பூண்டுப்பற்கள்) - 3 nos
Pepper (மிளகு) - 2 tsp
Cumin (சீரகம்) - 2 tsp
Ghee (நெய்) - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds (கடுகு) - ½ tsp
Red Chillies (மிளகாய்) - 2 nos
Curry leaves (கறிவேப்பிலை) - few
Toor dhal (துவரம் பருப்பு) - 1 cup
Asafoetida (பெருங்காயம்) - a pinch
Salt (உப்பு) - as per taste
