    People should buy Real Estate as early as possible in their late 20s/early 30s
    1. People keep changing companies so distance to office shall not be a major criteria when making RE buying decision
    2. Do not make better the enemy of best..buy a decent property rather than not buying the best property

    I bought the flat in dharuheda in 2011 60 kms away from Gurgaon. Now the price is half the price. Biggest loss making decision I have made in buying property.

      We should buy property in city only. Daruhera was nothing in 2011 as it is still nothing in 2023. There is not appreciation in there real state because on local infrastructure as it is in downside... 12 months of year water stays on roads. A single rain there full of trouble no one can step out of their home.

    Bahut logon ko dekha to ye samjh aya- kaafi log 30+ saal naukri karke retire ho rahe hain and wo total saved money se ek hi plot leke ghar bana paa rahe hain.. Par jo past 10-15 saal se regular loan leke investment karte rahe unke pass 3-4 plots aur ghar hai, toh real estate ne wealthy banaya hai unko...

    Sir main pblm is not income etc...actually its uncertanity of job..consulting erc boht jyada dynamic hogai h schme. Now there is no growth happending for us

    Always Remember children: "FOMO = Fear of missing out" Real estate mein kuch bhi le lo, Kahin to le lo, Kuch to Hoga, ye train chhut jaayegi = Real estate ka FOMO!!" Remember Every asset class has its cycles & RE is on high cycle today.. dont buy things which are over priced!

      Even I booked 1 flat due to FOMO ....when calculation was done I cancelled it as it was not matching my finances and I will be loaded with EMI for rest of my life ....lost token money of 1.5 lac also as builder is not returning it now ...bt atleast m not burden of heavy loan now ....p

    Currently supply is less but after 3-4 years when supply is sufficient then price will remain stagnant for 3-4 years

    Sir,
    I am planning to buy a 3BHK at Godrej Emerald Waters at Pimpri, Pune.
    The property is about 1.6 Cr and possession is in March 2027.
    It is old Mumbai Pune highway touch and metro station is right opposite its gate.
    Also, the property has green area behind it (military land).
    The property has all forms of amenities that can be imagined.
    Will the property appreciate ?

      He will never recommend M3M, Nature + or Ashiana Anmol are better options

      Go for signature global floors instead of Antalya, Nature+, Anmol are also good products but they come under Sohna instead of Gurgaon.
