Graphics, animation, sound mixing and sound effects in this game are second to none in Capcom 2d games. Those big, colorful sprites are amazing, even for today's standards.
I bet this vid starts getting some traffic now that the MvC Collection is out. Lots of resources out there for MvC2, but for CotA the resources are much more sparse. Just seeing high level gameplay is a start
I used to always want this game on ps1 when i saw it in arcade it was so great to hear the cartoon voice actors/actresses the animation, the 2d sprites amazing music, presentation and to see the series turn into marvel super heroes and x men vs street fighter, mvc1 and mvc2! This is how you do a cross over game series imo! So happy this collection ls being released on consoles and pc at sometime! 😊❤ i love your channel lots of classic games!

The game was QA'd and playtested in Japan (with several JP only revisions existing), but it was the first of it's kind.
