I was captivated with the Jones podcast and the info shared during that. this guy, Kruse, is a very well informed and educated person who seems to know so much about things he shouldn't, as a neurosurgeon, making connections to events that go much deeper that we have been led to understand. crazy information.

Im a roofer, avid fisherman and motorcyclist, gym rat who never looks at a screen aside from the occasional text, and people always ask me where i get my insane energy from. I had a buddy who was suicidally depressed, who did nothing but stare at blue screens all day. I got him a job with me, and his life and mental health issues have done a complete 180. I never really put two and two together, but it makes sense in this context.

I am a testiment of reversing myopia. Over the last 2 years my eye sight has gotten significantly better. From a -2.5 to a -1.5. My optometrist was floored. I quit wearing my sunglasses for the most part and have been spending significantly more time outside. I switched to a high fat animal based diet which I believe plays an important role as well. I am a Registered Nurse "trained" in the traditional centralized way of medicine. In 2010 I went to work in a very busy large k-12 school clinic. I eventually got an MAT and an EdS with many teaching certifications one of which is High school broadfield science. I am currently teaching physical science (combined physics, basic chemistry and the ways and laws of the inorganic world). I am now convinced that it definitely takes all the disciplines of scientific study to understand our bodies, the earth and the universe we live in. It takes a very broad understanding of alot of different "sciences" for everything to make sense. We are too fixated on specialization when we study anything. After listening to this podcast (or whatever this platform is), I realized how incredibly fortunate I am to have the healthscience background blended with the physical science knowledge. It all makes perfect sense now. All because I got the opportunity to teach kids about atoms, light frequency and states of matter and energy. What a ride 😂

I retired in 2021, but wanting to go back to work.just this week and idea popped into my head to investigate teaching jobs in my community. After researching schools, teaching certifications, etc. , I' m very determined to become either a science teacher or chemistry teacher at high school level.......I would love to hear more of your story, what you did transitioning from nurse to teacher, and any recommendations!!( if you by chance , read this msg , I hope you will respond back).

@delondadelony462 Greetings! If you are in the US, take a look at your state teaching professional cert board website and look for routes to teaching. I've taken the long road in my state but there are a couple of ways to get your cert. It's not a one and done thing for K12. Post sec is different but in my state k12 pays much better with a state issued cert. I get paid much better than the nurses in my district. I started out in a school clinic and worked on an MAT which put me at a higher payscale when I started teaching. It all depends on your state route to teaching. In GA we have a teacher prep program that must be completed before you can get certified but you'd have to check your particular state guidelines. Each state is different just like with your nursing licensure. This is a VERY narrow and small cohort. You won't find many nurses who decided to veer over into professional k12 (hoops involved with cert) You will find it much easier to transition to post sec mainly 2year tech schools. I have gotten used to working with kids particularly secondary and I love it. I get to influence them before the system takes hold. It keeps me young and on my toes. I totally got tired of dealing with sick adults although I do miss my hospice patients at times. I don't miss the job of nursing.

Our ancestors didn't have rubber soles. The ate a lot of lard and tallow. They ate nose to tail (organs) from their cattle. They used castor oil, iodine and made their own soaps out of lard and ash. They used fires and oil based lamps to light up rooms (kerosine and whale oil, and paraffin) they collected their water from streams or clean wells. They used wood building materials and furniture without resins that off gas formaldahyde. They didn't consume as much sugar. They got plenty of exercise in the sun. They didn't get stressful news all day long like stock reports and the Dow Jones avg.. They were healthier and stronger.......

    1) Jack Kruse is a brilliant mind in many respects, what some would say a polymath, and offers very challenging and thoughtful points of view. In many ways has expanded my knowledge or at least flex my knowledge acumen in the many ways he interconnect elements seemingly dissimilar until now.
    2) His larger than empire state building issue is that he simply cannot hold a dialogue because a) has this intractable (and plainly wrong) know-it-all attitude that he projects, and even brags about, in a sort of I have the truth, nobody else. B) it is simply impossible for him to complete a sentence or train of thoughts without going off a tangent or switching to another topic half way. C) he is obsessed with saying his view often interrupting or talking over the rest carelessly.
    3) As a result, even he is trailblazing as he believes he is doing, he is sabotaging his whole messianic attempt because he cant transmit an idea or thought. No matter how brilliant he may be; if you cannot communicate effectively, it's all waste.
    4) Those who think he is "schooling" Huberman, ppffleaase. That is adolescent. Huberman simply has the communication skills Jack Kruse lacks. Huberman could go ballistic but he choses to be a good host and allows Jack to express, keeping polite and sympathetic.
All in all amazing conversation, and Im sure we are all happy to be like flies in a wall, listening attentively.

Biogenic Theory: Petroleum forms from ancient organic matter buried in sedimentary rocks. Carbon comes from atmospheric CO₂ fixed by photosynthesis in prehistoric life.
Abiogenic Theory: Petroleum forms deep in the Earth’s mantle through inorganic processes. Carbon originates from primordial or inorganic mantle sources.
The biogenic theory aligns with petroleum’s presence in sedimentary rocks, making it finite and unreplenishable on human timescales. The abiogenic theory may explain small deposits in non-sedimentary rocks but cannot account for large reserves or replenish them quickly enough for significant use.

Jack Kruse has incredible knowledge but the way he abuses huberman’s intelligence by posturing like a middle school bully is so “small pee pee energy.” I still want to learn what he has to say but his antics are killing me. 0:31:55 at this moment something incredible happened; as soon as Jack said that we are addicted to the sun. A small hole opened up in the clouds outside in my backyard. The only time all day that the sun popped directly out. So I paused this podcast and ran outside to soak it in and got some grounding while I was at it.
I also had an epiphany. What if the hair on top of our heads play a huge role in absorbing light energy for our brains??? Maybe it is wise that we grow our hair out. I am trying to catch up on all of these podcasts and I was really excited to listen to this. However, it was not for me. The condescending attitude of Dr. Jack Kruse towards AH made this really hard to listen to, so much so I don't think I'm able to listen to part two. I think what Dr.K spoke about was really interesting and I might want to read about it, but I do not think I can handle the personality behind it.
I do believe however, this podcast is a testimony to AH's ability to listen and continue to explain complex ideas which is his wheelhouse.

The last comment, I apologies for taking up the time and energy. Space-time, observation is absolutely showing that it is NOT fundamental, but rather, emergent. This miraculous / blessed insight into our relationship with reality is a game changer in my opinion. I love the Hoffman VR headset analogy the most. Changes everything. A genuine chance at understanding a healthy relationship dynamic between us and this interface sounds AMAZING! I personally would exchange a healthy interface between consciousness and this perception of reality over the immortality that is showing itself to be ever present.

Mitochondria health is everything! If you get enough sunlight, DHA & water - you'll increase the health of your cells. Melatonin levels are important to health at a cellular level. Sunrise and sunlight from 8am to 11am iscwhat is recommended. Block blue light as it damages your cells and stops melatonin production. It all goes back to that.
