Half naked maniac cranky after being woken up from his 100 year nap, just wants to go back to sleep, runs straight to the castle to get the princess to shUT UP ALREADY
Wow, super impressive. Your stamina optimization is insane! Ignoring certain enemies, new bomb trick, airborne entrance into sanctum, and the best use of weapon cycles I've seen all lead up to topping the current WR by 3 mins! Congrats!
Kangkyu Lee It was little under 2 minutes faster than wr. As for everything else. People have done everything but those new tricks for the 4 Ganon fights. That is where his massive time save was the most.

They made you believe that you needed the guardians, divine beasts, champions, Zelda and the master sword to stand a chance against Ganon. Link only needed determination lol
Well without the devine beasts you would have to fight all the bosses for the devine beasts, but if you get them all, they half health gannon. Also the master sword is really reliable because fighting creatures of darkness like guardians and bosses boosts the master swords damage from 30 to 60 and the energy increases. Overall doing all that preparation makes the fight so much easier.
I like to imagine Calamity Ganon bursting out of that thing, coming down crashing and roaring with hate and agony from waiting for all these years, then violently pauses the screaming as he sees a half-naked kid with his arms on his hips, looking all sassy and ready to break some shit.
Just tested it out, to anyone curious on how he does the horse spur reset: What you have to do is hold down the shield button while holding down your bow (both triggers) then push the jump off button and immediately push the A button. Somehow the bug causes you to pull out your shield and sheath your bow to cancel the bullet time and jump back on the horse and resets the spurs
Sam P- there was this one time where I was with my horse, Raijou, then when I was fighting calamity, I accidentally jumped off and ran. I yelled as hard as I could and I shook the earth. Raijou was my best friend, That horse was the best. I screamed and attacked without care. I kept shooting and using all my powerful weapons. When I finished calamity, I was relieved. But, Raijou will always be in my heart. I know it sounds fake, but it isn't. It's ok if you think it's fake. I'm just here to point out that we should always love our horses until the end... The King cutscenes he skipped, I can imagine link climbing up and seeing him, and as soon as the King starts taking Link grabs his glider and a bow and just fucking glides away. He doesn't want any of that shit.
the flying guardians are really hard to predict since the point of origin of the laser is constantly moving, with other guardians, it stops for a second before they fire, so theres really no way of telling if youre going to be hit by the flying one or not
it seems really strange to me that wii U has faster loading than on switch O.o and it seems like Link just wakes up like 'goddammit, the only reason we lost is cause you idiots thought you needed those machines, let me go take care of that dude the old fashioned way :P

Wow.... I didn't know all of this was on the way to the main castle, including the bosses from the divine beasts. Hell, I traveled dead right at the gates,swam up the waterfall using zoras armor, scaled the whole right side and before I knew it, i was at the door step where gannon was,lol.
I was thinking, could you skip the glider by using stasis on a tree or something and hitching a ride off the great plateau? I don't actually own breath of the wild, so I can't try it, but it's an idea I had.

They're rare so I never thought of using them on non-guardians
you can kill any of the guardians with a few well time shield bashes so using a guardian arrow on them is a bitt of a waste

The Wii U version has to deal with less lighting and they give it a smaller render distance and other minor tweaks.

Nope. There's a "bottomless pit" trigger area stretching across the entirety of Hyrule that only goes away once you get the paraglider.
Many people ask it but glider skip is unlikely to become possible. Even if you can wrong warp to the final boss, you still void out in the fight.
do you need to get stamina? if you just paraglider from the roof to the horse and skip that whole thing, it's almost a minute
It's 35 secs actually. it saves time in boss fights but i'm actually considering to skip it now.
