We'll traverse the Swiss Alps and valleys with Caroline, a Swiss native, visiting creameries both old and new, chocolatiers, wineries and some of the most famous restaurants and hotels Switzerland has to offer. You'll even meet Ernst and Theres Reichenbach of Alp Satteleggli, Sigona's adopted Swiss Alp, from which we get some of the best Alp cheeses in the world! The Reichenbachs practice the art of transhumance for raising and grazing the cows, taking the dear animals up the Alp in the summer and back down to the valley in the winter, just as it's been done for centuries.
