- During the 4th Great Ninja War in Naruto Shippuden’s final arc. The mother of all chakra, Kaguya Otsutsuki was introduced in one of the most unexpected plot twists in anime and manga history. Ever since her introduction we’ve greatly expanded upon the Otsutsuki Clan. Introducing members like Momoshiki, Kinshiki, and Isshiki and even expanding upon them with the concept of the Karma, with characters like Boruto, Kawaki, and Code.
Today I will be ranking all the members of this clan from weakest to strongest and using feats and statements from the Anime and Manga.

Kaguya is the strongest I power her only down fall is not knowing how to fight n taijutsu and her intelligence and its only because she has so much power but she has mercy as far as power she has more than all otsutski we have seen except Shiba but boruto is stronger than ishikki and again the only one stronger is shibi
@@ShotzfromSouthside not true, every promotional guide and canon source such as the light novels have stated that the newer threats are more powerful than Kaguya (they're talking about the current version of her as well). Adult Naruto and Sasuke (before they lost Kurama and the Rinnegan) are stronger than Kaguya & their younger selves from the 4th Great Ninja War. This ain't arguable

A little addition I may add. Kaguya doesn’t or can’t just send people to a different dimension or timespace, she can also literally bring or summon such dimensions or timespaces with nothing but her chakra alone which is insane

I pretty much agree with this ranking accept for Boruto being one behind Isshiki so here me out. The main reason I believe Isshiki doesn't stand a chance against Boruto is mainly because of Uzuhiko, in chapter 3 of Boruto TBV I think Code gets hit by Uzuhiko and becomes semi-permanetly disabled. At this point in time Code is stronger than Jigen however weaker than Isshiki, then later on when facing Hidari Boruto is forced to use Uzuhiko again but charge it a bit more and one shot temp kills Hidari. Not only is Hidari on or above Isshiki's level but it's also stated that Uzuhiko's power is "Theoretically unlimited". Even if Isshiki is more powerful than Hidari Boruto should just have to by time to charge Uzuhiko a bit longer then hit Isshiki. Boruto at this time is also around the same or a greater speed than Naruto Baryon Mode which was already stronger than Isshiki. Also love the video btw!

I think, Urashiki is now heading towards Manga. Just to justify the Jougan and Toneri’s intention towards Boruto.
Those characters involved in Anime Canon are connected too in Boruto Two Blue Vortex.
Sasuke - Hidari
Jiraiya - Kashin Koji
Toneri - gave or activated Boruto’s Jougan
Urashiki - defeated by Naruto, supposedly Naruto will get a Karma mark from Urashiki. But there’s no details about it. Urashiki’s target, Kurama. Kurama resurrected in Himawari’s body. With no concrete details. But Kurama told Himawari that his resurrection is POSSIBLE thru DNA. Same technique when Momoshiki takes over Boruto’s body, using Karma.
Shinki - and Boruto encountered Urashiki, and Urashiki mentioned the Jougan as powerful eye.
Matsuri Shinju visited Sunagakure just to harvest, capture the Shinkaku. But it seems that someone sacrifice himself. And he’s probably Shinki. Because Jura even targeted Naruto in Konohagakure, but he was fascinated when he met Himawari possessing the young Kyubi.
That's why I think that Urashiki are now heading the MANGA as MANGA CANON. This is to justify Boruto's JOUGAN at the same time will justify HIMAWARI having the young ressurected Kurama. Possibilities that, Urashiki planted his karma to Naruto Uzumaki in time travel episode, so that no one will suspect, trace the MARKING/SEALING. Because, Urashiki wants to be the 3rd player Otsutsuki player in Otsutsuki Civil War. His manga debuting will also justify the AUTHENTICITY of JOUGAN. Because Toneri was the one who's responsible on Boruto's JOUGAN ACTIVATION shown in ANIME in Boruto's dream.
The Jougan plays a vital role in MANGA, because the FIRST MANGA chapter of Boruto shows the JOUGAN ACTIVATION at the same time shown in ANIME too. So DISREGARDING these concept is very crucial at the same time can damage the integrity of the show.
In Naruto Shipuuden, the episode 462 Kaguya's Back story. The three Otsutsuki appeared as SILHOUTTES. Obviously, they were Urashki, Momoshiki and Kenshiki. This anime episode are ANIME CANON that time, no equivalent MANGA.
Momoshiki and Kenshiki was first appeared on MOVIE before debuting to MANGA.
So if Momoshiki, Kenshiki and Urashi was first appeared as ANIME CANON. Techncially, Urashiki will be one of them too. To be appeared on MANGA. I think the entire, TIME TRAVEL EPISODE as ANIME CANON was just a glimpse plot connected to MANGA.
I think it’s quite clear that Boruto currently is the strongest behind the shinju and I think the only one stronger than him is jura. In the last chapter he said something along the lines of if they can beat jura then they’ll be fine implying he’s the only one that poses a huge threat but I could be just thinking to hard or something. Rn I got Boruto behind jura as the strongest in Boruto and that would place him 2nd on a tier list behind shibai

Hagoromo after the fight against Kaguya became the Jinchuriki of the ten tails before splitting it up into the 9 bijuu. I think that version of him is stronger than Kaguya, especially considering the fact that a ghost version of him giving Naruto & Sasuke chakra was enough to close the gap between them and Ten Tails Madara and later on used that chakra to seal Kaguya herself

The last Naruto is simply stronger than his peak Shippuden self

And Urashiki, Momoshiki, and Kinshiki is stronger than Kaguya as base Naruto using a Juubi punch is able to 1 shot Toneri as stated by Toneri and Kaguya was afraid of them a needed a army
These 3 is then able to fight toe to toe with adult Sasuke and Naruto who is FAR stronger than Kaguya as Sasuke is stated in the Sasuke retsuden light novels to be stronger than Kaguya also
Sasuke even confirms this by stating Kinshiki is stronger than Kaguya

@@BLACKISHY I don't even think Kinshiki is underestimated, I think people place Kaguya higher because of her abilities and the fact that she's already eaten a chakra fruit which boosted her power. No character on this list is surviving the ash bones technique. You get hit by that and you're done. That's my person opinion though. Ik people have varying opinions on this.
Thank god Kishimoto keeps to his word though unlike Toriyama (Rest in Paradise) because before he passed, his statements used to be a little rocky. Kishi never strays. Either way I will be remaking this down the road towards the end of Two Blue Vortex because it's clear that Kawaki and Boruto are going to be top 3 anyway.

I pretty much agree with everything but I think Toneri scales above Kinshiki, the two of them above Urashiki but below Hagoromo and Hamura.
Prime kaguya was intelligent enough to fight Hagoromo and hamura for like 3 months when all her sons needed to do was touch her simultaneously..
She was also smart enough to catch Isshiki of guard and one shot him to feed him to the 10 tails
The Kaguya in the war Arc was not her prime form and had lost her intelligence due to her will being separated from her when her sons sealed her which created black zetsu
Black zetsu was then able to go on and manipulate highly intelligent people such as Indra and shinobi such as Madara as well as shape the entire ninja world just to resurrect kaguya..
Had she been in prime form with her intelligence she would have ended the world after killing Naruto and Sasuke
Imo kaguya is stronger than momoshiki as he has not shown near her level of attack potency or Possessing a insta kill jutsu like the ash bone jutsu
And if we are correct in thinking that the God fruit absorbs all knowlge and chakra of the people who lived on earth then there is a chance that she inherited some of Shibais power and could have surpassed Isshiki hence why she cannot die and needs to be sealed away to defeat her

Naruto and Sasuke were also stated to be able to beat a Kaguya-level threat on their own yet needed to team up to fight fused Momoshiki
A one-hit jutsu doesn't prove your stronger than someone that's like saying Hinata from tensura is stronger than a top tier because she has a one-shot technique while they dont

btw the power scaling in boruto became a bit weird to understand. kaguya did so many crazy things like travelling through dimensions, summoning huge demons and her vaccuum and bone attacks. while ishiki and momoshiki only ever use rods or those big cubes. I mean yeah, they can hold their own against stronger opponents but their moveset is a bit underwhelming^^

i just reread that chapter, she literally caught him off guard and backstabbed him. offscreen feat with no real way to scale because we never saw the full scuffle. She's weaker than him. And that still doesn't address my point of her being absolutely stupid unless she has black zetsu lol. Her only advantage is her immortality, even DMS Kakashi using his Sussano was giving her problems.

base urashiki should be above fused momoshiki since urashiki was able to blitz and no diff sasuke and able to take down gaara who was able to react to fused momoshiki and overall has better beats no way u put him kaguya and kinshiki and we can discuss this if needed

Yeah it was in the Timeslip Arc (Filler Arc) in the anime. I only know the details of the arc but I have to go back and watch it. Will definitely make a video sometime down the road on Urashiki and his powers because they're kind of busted but wasted.
