  • In this episode I will demonstrate how to configure WP Fastest Cache WordPress Plugin to Speed up your WordPress Powered Website.
    It is the simplest and fastest WordPress Cache system for your website. This plugin creates static html files from your dynamic WordPress blog which will greatly speed up your page load time.
    When a page is rendered, php and mysql are used. Therefore, your system needs RAM and CPU. If there's a lot of visitors coming to your website, the system uses lots of RAM and CPU so the page is rendered slowly.
    This is why you need a cache system which will increase your website performance by not rendering the page again and again.
    WP Fastest Cache is one of the Best WordPress Plugins to use to optimize your website.
    Setting up this plugin is really easy. You don't need to modify the .htaccess file. It will be modified automatically.
    Install, Activate and Configure it and you will see why it's the best WordPress Cache Plugin.

    Great plugin. Now what i don't understand is does it delete the cache automatically ? (meaning we don't have to do anything else) or do we have to always go select "delete" or "clear cache in wordpress ? (actually i don't understand what's the difference between both with Fastest Cache). Thanks!

    I inserted the plughin into the site, I followed the instructions, but then the site disappeared. I had to rename the directory, and do a new ssl redirect to restore access to wp-admin. Now the directory is in the site but I deactivated it. Only the g-zip works. Before installation, the speed was 67%, now it is 96%. The htaccess file has changed and it appears that although the plughin is inactive, the effects of editing the htaccess file have become apparent. byue merry christmas.

    When you run this plugin does it add data into your database. I am running low on database data. As a matter of fact i am 25mb over. I am trying to figure out why that is and how to reduce and remove data

      I'm not familiar with the theme. But just in case, take a full backup of your database and your WordPress files and folders.

    will this change anything of my sites?
    i know i have to backup the sites but site is more than 4gb so i can't do it by using plugin or from dashboard .I have to do it locally where i don't have access .What's your solution about this

    • @PixemWeb
      @PixemWeb  6 лет назад +1

      What this plugin does is caches your website to make it perform better in the browser. It works in various ways by utilizing your htaccess file and other means. For a backup solution for your website, *watch this video* that will show you how to backup your website files, folders and database without a plugin. ruclips.net/video/u7xDfy_eWEE/видео.html

    Unfortunately the free version works only on desktop, but not mobiles

    • @PixemWeb
      @PixemWeb  7 лет назад

      Another solution would be to use the Autoptimize Plugin. It's a great plugin and works along side most cache plugins. I'll create a video on that probably today or tomorrow.
      I also demonstrate it in my video on How To Make a WordPress Website and it's one of the strategies I use to get a 99% score in Google PageSpeed Insights and 100% Score in PingDom Tools. Check out the video.

      Thanks for the hint. I'm just worried for overlapping and conflicting something as they both apparently do some of the same things. I would be happy to see video on setting both together.

    you get a different speed every time though lol

    • @PixemWeb
      @PixemWeb  6 лет назад

      Yes, when you're testing your page load time, there are a lot of variables that go into the performance. For instance, if you only have one website visitor, your server resources will be faster than if you have 10 visitors at the same time. Generally, you take the average of your performance as the overall figure to settle on. Test it 3 times a day for 7 days and see if you see any trends. You may also want to cross reference your results with your analytics.
