  • Players at any position can find themselves in the post, needing a few key moves to successfully attack the defense. Join PGC Director Jayson Wells as he shows you how to pause for poise, use a “we” pivot, and crab dribble to help accurately read the defense and make the correct decision.
Here are 5 ways we’re helping 150,000+ people learn how to “Think the Game” so they can gain an unfair advantage over their competition and how we can help you do the same:
    1. Join the PGC Coaching Club - Over 15,000 high school, college, NBA and WNBA coaches have become the coach they want to be by training with our expert coaches and mentors. If you’re a coach and you're new to PGC, start here…

    PGC Basketball Camps:
PGC is where serious players train in the off-season. We teach players to think the game at a college and pro level and become leaders both on and off the court.
Thousands of players from middle school to college attend a PGC camp each year. Our camps are specialized for players at every level of the game, so no matter what level you play at right now, PGC will help you reach the next level.
We teach the game, not a group of skills specific to one position. Any player will benefit from a PGC camp - regardless of their position or skill level - as long as they are truly eager to learn the game.
More than 95,000 serious basketball players have trained with PGC in the off-season, and it’s where top NBA and college coaches send their own kids to learn to think the game.
Discover how to be a playmaker, lead your team, and run the show at pgcbasketball.com/.

I have been looking up post moves for about half an hour now to see what some of these internet coaches are teaching. I've been finding absolute trash, until now. This is the first video that had a defender to properly show what the post player is looking for. You talked about reading the physical contact from the defender and counting it. Great video!

In my country, many defenders stand right behind me, not 'their backs to the basket'. So many times do I find it difficult to go thu them like this but middle counter after up and under
