That's a good question... the beauty of Relic site, the loot is relatively small, compared to Data sites. Remember, Alpha Joe has a Small Secure Container which can hold 120m^3.
The best loot from Relic sites is in Sansha space, but there are usually lots of locals who will hunt you down. I find Angel space the quietest and most chill, but any of the other pirate space is good, except for Drone space. There are no Relic sites in Drone space. When you use Filaments, it's random to where you go, just spend 15 minutes looking for Relic sites, and if you don't find much then use another Filament.
