A set of 5 and 8 pound dumbbells
A medium tension resistance tube with handles

I love your workouts. I do have pains in my wrists and hands so I can't do anything that requires putting weight in them. Could you do some videos/low impact step options that does not include pushup moves? I can do the weighted exercises as long as pushups aren't included.

Hi 95momma, it's actually just an ordinary rag, but you can buy gliding discs online at sites like amazon or use paper plates.
