It is cool to use the proper words: "Reef Knot", "Bite", "Bitter end", "working end". The lace can be reffered to as a "line" or a "sheet" just for fun. When wrapping / roundabouts at 2:44, triditionally ropes and lines are 'worked' clockwise. It is a habit and for good luck. While your 'lace' is not right or left-handed the rope/lines/sheets on a boat are 99.92% righthanded. Wrapping the line backwards (CCW) causes messes / knots to open and 'rats nests'. Your video is great for the time I spent - Much better that the official Sperry instructions.
