Ok first I thought he is not going to stand underneath that overhang and beat out the studs!! I was thinking this is like one of those FAILS videos we see on the Internet. Then Holly comes to the rescue from what I see. LOL. Holly needs her own hammer hanger. Great progress on the property folks. Looking like it is all coming together.

Darrell, you and I were thinking the same thing, I was thinking he's playing Newfie Roulette 😅,
There's a lot of hard work gone in, and a lot more to go looking forward to seeing the future progress and final product. Hopefully I'll be out that way this summer to do an inspection lol.

Bryan & Holly, my dear Friends, hope all is going well. This morning I sat at Tim's and enjoyed your video while having my morning coffee. It is hard to believe how many changes you guys have made since we had a visit this past August. It's amazing and I have to say I really love the ocean view from your homestead. Just watching your video I could picture FRILL at anchor, well within view. You have done a great job of cleaning up the property and I know it will be even nicer before the task is finished. Holly, it's good to see you in the videos. You have worked hard and things are coming together. Have fun with the adventure and keep your camera rolling. Catch you on the next one.

My friend Larry it is amazing how time flies and stuff do end up completed if you focus. That is the hard part some times and you just have to walk away from it at times. I plan a portion of work each day and then we rest on it and it all eventually gets done. Thanks for your loyal support and taking us along for a coffee. We will meet again very soon my friend.

Good morning friends. The cinder blocks look very substantial. I was told to never stack blocks on the flat sides. I’m sure you know this, but blocks are thicker on the bottom than on the top. Meaning, they have a tapered structure. The neighbors must be thrilled to see you cleaning up the property. Enjoy The Journey - Cheers

The block thing yes I know because I have a friend that used to work at a block factory and he made sure I knew that rule with blocks.......good eye. Actually my neighbours are seasonal residents and yes I have gotten comments on how there are glad to see it cleaned up. Thanks for the loyal support Bob!

Well now.........I think you have a valid point there.....hmm......will discuss that with Holly for sure......maybe we'll ask our viewers for a name or run a contest.......Thanks for your comments!
