    This is what I needed. I used ABS plastic instead of metal because I could get it in black. I purchased the same light kit. Thank you so much for putting this how to up. It looks amazing on my 2019 Chevy Silverado and I was able to match the color to my rock lights. Great mod, thanks again!

      I agree 😂 most people do a lot of tedious work to install lights in their whole grill 😂 but your “logo” “lights” 😂 are so much better 😂 ….

      @@howardbutler883 Hey Howard, the lights are all connected there are two long ones and two short ones. I please the long ones in the grill and short ones on the side.

    I appreciate that you did this. I just recently added mine and it turn out great. I didn’t do the back drop due to my weather and we get snow. Thank you it was an easy upgrade

    Damnnnn wish it was this simple for my truck. I had to remove the front end of the quarter panel because the grill has the ends bolted. Great video!

    Great idea,there is one issue that light dots shows reflection due to the painted sheet,i suggest either to go with matt paint or cover the sheet with cloth to avoid this killer reflection

    Looks great!!!! I did the same to my 21 Chevy. I think painting them was excellent idea I didn’t think about that. I can see my shiny metal behind it. Be careful with your colors & it strobing. I checked the laws with my police friends they told me no strobing unless yellow w/permit. Absolutely no Red or Blue (police & fire). I live in Ga. I put regular LED lights on my side grill. I have everything running through my own fuse block to my rocker switch panel.

      Thank you for watching. Before buying the truck I knew I wanted to do this mod. Lol.. I’m ex law enforcement so I definitely want be using strobe.

      Can I connect my wires directly to my battery or shall I run it through he fuse box? I'm doing my 2021 1500 truck as we speak.

      You can but I don’t hook anything up without a fuse.

    I have the 2021 custom also but it's grey but chevy calls it grey blue. I just officially removed all traces of chrome. Also changed the bootie to the color of the truck

    What did you do with all the extra lights in the vent part. The light strip is much, much longer then what's needed. 12:54

      They turn when the car is off. Plus you can use the app to turn them off.

    When you start the truck does it stay on the same color that you want?

      Only if you leave the light on when u turn off the vehicle. If u turn the lights before that when u start your vehicle the lights will be off.

    Those aren’t drain holes homie. Those are for lights. Sane grille used on 25/3500
