Each to his own and the popover Yorkshire pudding has become the norm in most places but I still make in a square tin just like my Mum did and it is a different pudding creamy in the middle and crispy on the outside. Love a Sunday Roast you just can't beat it and the whole family sitting down together to eat it and good conversation too ❤
Looks great🥰♥️ We love crackling on the pork… a good tip for those others that do too is…… Score rind / fat ( preferably cuts across not lengthwise and not crisscross ) Pop kettle on When boiled pour over fat / rind and this will open up cuts..which helps air to get in. Dry well Add a little olive oil and rub into cuts Sprinkle with sea salt and push into fat. We weigh our pork and work out the timings for size and how you like it… And obviously we don’t cover it with foil as it sweats and ruins the crackling…♥️👍
Can't beat traditional roast dinner with all the goodies! Looks delicious
