Do a deep search on that pasta lass. You have more than enough skill/confidence to make fresh pasta dough and to form that shape. Look forward to seeing it :D P.S the fancy name for the celery, carrot and onion base is called a Mirepoix. It differes from country to country. You're family is so lucky! Most parents pump frozen food into the oven. Great Job! Can tell yer a Northerner with the portion size XD
