@@Idesdst1914-qm8bu I have one myself. Have owned it for 7+ years. It is an incredible car to own and I am super proud of it. RCF has been in production for nearly 10 years and now only in production for the GT3 racing homologation so everything must come to an end. I did not seriously consider LC500 because it is just too big, too heavy, too slow for the price tag. Yes, it is a grand touring car, but not a car for performance enthusiasts. I agree with the rest of your statement.
I wish Lexus incorporated the RR Racing centrifugal supercharger kit or something similar to it in their performance RCF packages. It would make at least 500hp and about 450 pound feet of torque.
Then it'd have to atleast be compatible with Ford and their supercharged mustangs making 800hp with a warranty from factory and not be more expensive in the process which this car doesn't do as is. Plus toyo could just do that themselves since they used to make superchargers for cars back then but don't anymore.
Very interesting that they have the flare yellow RCF in this configuration..normally you can ONLY get that color on the RCF with the carbon package which now is almost $20k... years ago it was around $10k-ish... which includes the CF roof, cf front splitter, rear cf spoiler, rear cf diffuser, and side skit extensions also in CF. I actually like it and it's a shame we never got that in the states like this. The color matched front lip and rear diffuser looks so much better than the CF version on a lighter/brigher color. EDIT: 6:33 Upon looking at other features they did NOT remove the memory seat option where in the states they 100% did. Pretty neat!

The problems with the RCF are weight and transmission. It needs to be lighter and it needs the 10 speed tranny from the SC 500. It's just too heavy and slow for the money. Beautiful car with rock solid reliability but almost no performance compared to similarly priced competitors.
Honestly its getting boring at this point, you guys have been recycling the same car for over 5 years with little to no changes while your competitors are stepping up in performance, what would it take Lexus to twin turbo charge the rcf and boost that engine to 550hp, at least make it compete with the m4, Even though you guys won't make it in massive units just make it a limited edition version
Wow your right bro. Instead of an N/A option they should sell a clone twin turbo car so consumers have less options and a worse exhaust note. Great idea.🤡
Yeah it’s getting really boring, the brands pumping and dumping cars hoping that the brand name can still carry it forward. They should keep the N/A V8 but apart from the reliability and sound this car is not even remotely worth its price.
