1. Swollen abdomen 2. Tender abdomen 3. Jaundice 4. Circulatory issues 5. Fluid retention 6. Urine changes 7. Fatigue, Hormonal changes 8. Itchy skin 9. Loss of appetite 10. Nausea
Been drinking a lot for a few years, gained weight, back pain, appetite loss, fatigue. All this and I’m still young, bless the people struggling with substance abuse, you are not alone.
I use to drink quite a bit and my liver was swollen and my numbers were elevated. I quit drinking and started taking milk thistle. My latest liver test was perfect.
As kevin says here swollen tender belly is apparent to feel and see by the eye. Urine goes darker and frothy also your eyes can go yellow. Stools lighten and become loose or watery. Dry skin and reddening of the palms of your hands. Confusion and headaches because of the build up of toxins. Also general pains in the back and horrible nausea sick feeling. Itching of the skin and really itchy feet also burning feet which is very strange and troubling. Problems sleeping through headaches and general lethargy. All in all a horrible feeling of being generally unwell. Am suffering from all these symptoms at the moment and ave not drank for 7 months. Unfortunately serious problems and damage has occurred from years of poisoning my body with drink. A hope you can pack it in before it happens to you and the very best of luck and health to everyone out there battling this problem . Christ your not alone by a long shot. Dont touch it its really not worth it. All the best.😄.

Was only able to quit drinking after I gave it to the Lord Jesus Christ.
9 weeks no alcohol! I have fatty liver and I recently discovered that it can be reversed and ketogenic diet is excellent for this process . I quit alcohol and started keto the same day , I made a decision to be healthy as I can be from here on out and at age 54 I now feel so much better in just this short time . I have to give thanks to Dr Eric Berg for his amazing videos full of health education here on RUclips.
Every time I watch your videos you've been of an enormous help as a awakness to my state and acknowleging the whole path till now. But what most strikes me is your willingness and generousity to reach others. Many thanks for the great man you are by showing your path in the most sincere way.
Alcohol has destroyed my family..and my relationship with my father and my siblings... I was wise enough to know .. I had the same problem and change my life gave that poison up.. I'm surely alive as a human being love life 10 years sober
Thank you for your videos, sir! I'm wanting and working on trying get clean but as you know it's very difficult.
I'm 53 and have been drinking mostly beer for years and do not have any of the symptoms but do not want to drink any more..I have quit so many times but gone back to drinking and justified it with my depression and PTSD..have not had any in a week, and feeling disgusted with the thought of drinking, but also know that I have made excuses that caused me to drive down to the Beverage Castle drive thru, and hand over my money to the drug dealer.
great video, thanks for doing videos like this
Thank you Kevin you have been a wonderful help to me .x
