It is possible to relax at extreme speed. There is one thing you need to do and it's practice (I know that i'm not GK, but there is no magic trick at all). How to play 250+ bpm? Play more 250+ bpm (start slow, work your way up) There is no technique that you will learn that will make you instanly play 270 bpm doublebass or blast beats. Hope this help man.
