@@borntobewealthyfoundation I’m so glad you liked it, and yes it is amazing! The capabilities with Highlevel and Ai together is insane! Add a little more Ai on top of it with bots like this and it’s a piece of cake!
This is great! I am very thankful for you and your video because it would be months before I even thought about taking it to this level! Thanks for saving me a ton of time!
@ 16:53, what text did you copy and paste into GPT? What basic files do you upload to GPT @17:03/ I'm testing out a voice bot for a local plumbing company called Ryan's Plumbing, What files do you suggest I add? Also you mentioned you would talk about Custom fields, and creating workflows at the end of the video but never did. I'm going to watch all your recent videos. I just want to sell the AI voice bots, I like myaifrontdesk but GHL has unlimited conversations for a set price so as far as I know no company is matching that.
@@djseber the bot will tell you what workflows and custom fields to add! I’ll be doing additional videos on setting up the workflows for voice ai, but getting your specific list of custom field and workflows is easy with the bot! The info uploaded was just the info that was asked about the business such as name, what we do, what we sell, etc. I uploaded sales playbooks for our programs, sales scripts and other sales documentation that would give the bot the information it needs to create the best prompt. You would feed it whatever it’s asking for and supporting documentation such as products and services just, pricing, etc. you can also ask the bot to put together information for you based on what you do, and you can update it to be as accurate as possible for your specific business. Ask it “what are 50 questions a lead or client could ask to a plumbing company on the phone” or ask the same question and tell it to also create a response for it based on your website. Use whatever you have and ask the bot for anything you don’t have, but it just depends on what the purpose of the bot is. If it’s customer service, beds it your customer service policies and troubleshooting or escalation list. The bot is set up to ask you for the information it needs so just answer the questions with as much detail as possible and you’ll be fine!

It’s great how far the tech has come. I do think it’s the future of customer service, but I’m not sure the general public is ready for it yet. At issue is the AI portraying that it is an actual human. I feel like that is disingenuous to the consumer. The voice bots I’ve build over the last year all have 100% transparency built in and let the caller know that they are talking to an AI voice bot. Consumers are getting wise to this AI stuff, so building that in is going to be important.
I do think this is important but we have the bot trained to respond when it's asked if it's AI. If you call a big business that uses voice automation technology, they don't come out and say "Hey im not a real person" they just expect you to know it's not a real person. Its not going to say it's human if asked, but if the person on the other end is getting the info or help that they need, do you really think they care? They can also be transferred at any point when asking to speak to a real person or someone else.
@ I completely agree with you. I just wanted to highlight that many people building these bots-and the clients I’ve worked with (primarily in real estate)-often don’t want consumers to know it’s AI. That said, I believe consumers will fully accept it soon. In fact, I think AI will improve customer service because it reduces human error and provides more consistent responses. It reminds me of when call trees first became a thing (press 1 if you hated them). People disliked them at first but eventually accepted them. The same will likely happen with voice AI-but I think consumers are already warming up to it because it’s less frustrating than navigating a call tree. (Press 1 if you agree!)
Great video but… what do at the end? Place the LC Ph Number on the website or forward the office system to LC number… all the videos just stop at setting up the AI Voice but without the finish implementation … perhaps lm just a bit thick 😂
In the tutorial we show how to set the number for the agent. If that is the number you're using then there is nothing else to do. When someone calls the number the bot answers unless otherwise specified in the time schedule of when the bot is set to respond. So yes, you would use the phone number you selected for the bot if you want the bot to be active. You can put it on your site or anywhere else you want to place your business number.
wow, that voice prompt was AMAZING!!!, helped with account recovery this is the most impressive use case that I have ever heard, thank you!
