Best sounding exhaust on any car. Not overly aggressive, not too crackly. I LOVE the way my 440i MPPSK sounds.
Agreed, mppsk transformed my 440i driving experience. Excellent video pal. 👍

Decent little vid that. Had to chuckle at your fuel comment.. I've just worked that out for the F80 M3 I bought 6 weeks ago. It's bad. I sold my 4yr old (just out of PCP) F30 340i with MPPSK (and M adaptive susp) mid May and bought my mates 2015 M3, and truth is i kinda had massive reservations in letting that owned from new 340 go, but I've wanted an M3 for as long as I can remember. Now back on classifieds looking for a 440i GC. MPPSK is the first thing I will do. Worth every penny. Anyway. Beautiful car.. Enjoy.
Thanks for the reply Trevor, trust me if I had a garage I would have gone M4 but I find the 440i blends in a bit better being parked outside my house. I'm still loving it ❤️

Honestly it's the best thing you can do for the car.. Really wakes up the sound and makes it even faster 😅.. Don't forget to shop around for the best price, each main dealer makes up there own prices 🤔
@@Deej-85 that’s the only thing! The lowest prices I’ve found since looking into MPPSK’s are £1595 for chrome tips or £1795 for carbon tips, from Berry Heathrow BMW. That is very steep in my opinion! But if you know of any lower offers do let me know!😄

@@NickMoodyComedy cheers buddy, I'm not sure on all dealerships offering the MPPSK, I personally used Rybrook in Shrewsbury as they'd were the best price on the day. I'd make some more calls around and compare prices mate, Crewe BMW were cheaper one week and double the price the week after 😅
It sounds better in sport mode imo, burbles are massively reduced in sport+ 🙂
Fantastic video! Thanks for the information on this kit. I’m just learning about BMW. I’m very interested in buying a 340i for the same reasons you have stated. I have been modifying cars all my life and just bought a Type R about a year ago. This may sound a bit bonkers but I believe to made a mistake in purchasing this car. The only saving grace is I do stand to make quite a bit of money on reselling it. The market is going crazy right now and luckily I can certainly make about 8k if I sell it now.
Dude the civics are an awsome car.. But it's time for you to try RWD 👌👌 iv had my 440i over a year now and every one time I drive it I grin like the first 😁😁
@@Deej-85 thank you! I’ve actually owned more RWD than Front lol 😀 just Owned a 10R80 mustang 3rd gen RX7 but I’ve never had the pleasure of owning a German car.
Any way thanks again for your video and the information. I’ve always wanted a 3 series and hope to get one soon. It really does seem like the best balance of performance comfort and efficiency. The only thing that disappoints me is the lack of a LSD 🤔😫 I suppose there is always installing one or ponying up the money for the 2020 M340I but that may be a bit to expensive 😅
@@nstylemotorsportsracing1471 yes this is the only one thing letting the cars down is lack of a LSD, but for day to day road use I can't justify the outlay to notice the performance.. Iv now got M3 wheels (wider) and sticky rubber which has helped massively with traction 👌
@@Deej-85 awesome thanks for the info again. I figured it’s not the biggest deal like you said day to day driving and they seem to get pretty good traction even without an LSD. I suppose the only way you would really notice the lack of LSD Would be doing a track day or just doing burn outs 😂 and I don’t see myself Wasting tires for no reason.
How much did the install cost you I wanna make sure I’m not getting finessed for mines
Deciding between retrofitting bmw icons adaptive led (£2.7k) or installing mppsk (£1600) love the look of the icons but also love the mppsk . What would you do

Absolutely agree with the fuel efficiency. Im damn surprised of my M440i MPPSK which shows 10.2L/100km.

is the cold start in comfort the same as stock exhaust? in terms of sound
Yes mate just a touch louder
Does the MPPSK have BOTH resonators deleted or only the one closer to the engine? (the square shaped one)
It's straight pipe from the cat to the back box and when in sport it's almost mechanically straightpiped hence the awesome sound
How is the noise on a motorway cruise? Still nice and civilised in comfort mode?
Yes mate it's absolutely silent, this is why I opted for this system, even in sport (valve open) it's relatively quiet in the cruise, unless labouring up a hill then it humms a bit.. Still epic though will do a 6month review soon
@@Deej-85 Thanks for the quick reply! Good to hear it can still be quiet when wanted. Having had an Audi S1 with a resonator delete, the last thing I want is to make my 440 drone like that did!

Is it classed as non standard from an insurance perspective and needs to be declared or because it’s a genuine BMW you don’t have to.
I personally gave declared everything! Despite it being genuine BMW, it's still an upgrade in performance / value on the car so covering any wormhole the insurance my try and escape through
Such an amazing sound. Very nice car mate. What year is it? Is mppsk compitiable on 2019 and 2020 models?
Mine is 2018, I belive the 2019-20 had a petrol particulate filter so unable to work with the MPPSK
Can still work with the particular filter, it just needs mapping out, I’m having mine done like this on Thursday

I have a 435i with MPPSK but mine has a resonator. That’s strange! Thinking of getting it deleted.
The MPPSK is only for 40i cars like 340i, 440i etc.
You might have an m performance muffler on the 35i though
@@thomas-or6xd sorry my bad. Yes, mine has the M Performance Kit and the M Performance Exhaust. It was separated on the 435i
Any idea if you can still fit a towbar with this upgrade?

I have been quoted £1500 for chrome tip. That's cheapest I have found around south east or midland.
