pro tip for the pore strips: peel UPWARD. you'll pull more out when you're pulling against the black heads. kinda like shaving, you're more likely to have a cleaner shave when you shave up versus down. try it!

If you don't have a steamer or anything just boil some water, but it in a big bowl and throw a towel over your head (so the steam doesn't escape) , works well too.

hey! my name is jazmine. yes I'm using my bfs account ,but a great way to cure acne is extra virgin coconut oil. this product WILL have u breakout more at first, the reason is bc it's bringing out all the inner acne n clean the inside of your pores and afterwards your acne will go away....you simply apply the coconut oil every night before you sleep and use it as a makeup remover n apply it lightly as a base under your makeup.😁 my cousin is a makeup artist and she recommended me the coconut oil and it really works!!😎😇

Hey lisette, you should do a homemade charcoal peel of mask. It's like a much bigger version of the nose strips. All you need to get is some activated charcoal (you can get it on Amazon) and some liquid elmer's glue. Just stir those two together and apply it onto your face and let it dry, then you just peel off. It's MAGICAL I swear!!

I wanted to comment on the part 1 to this since you asked for tips in the comments and I have one that has changed.my.life. If you sweat excessively or you're outside when it's hot (so EVERYONE is sweaty) to avoid sweat stains on your underarms, if you have a thick enough shirt put a panty liner inside your shirt. This has changed my life when I have outdoor events in my jrotc class b uniform and I think more girls should know about it
tea tree oil kills the bump in literally 3days, trust me i have over 6 piercings girl and im prone to keloids x blood bumps / hypertrophic scarring. that h2ocean actually isnt the best for your piercings. use a sea salt soak before you go to bed so you take warm water and a drop it on a bit of salt and apply the paste to the bump with a q-tip, let the salt dry and harden and when your going to bed use warm water to clean it off, then take a q-tip put a few drops of tea tree oil on it and then apply to bump and you want to apply the tea tree oil twice a day once in the morning and once at night and then sea salt soak once a day and youll be fine trust me. and then with your nails if you have acryllics then your nail polish won't chip, if not then instead of doing a basic top coat do a gel top coat on your nails so they can cure it so you wont have to worry about chipping. even at home you can buy gel top coats by sally hansen and your good to go. just thought id help you out

Does anybody take birth control for period pain? I have really bad cramps, all the symptoms I have are - hot\cold flashes - loss of appetite for about two days - heavy flow - vomiting - long periods - and pain that goes down to the legs. Any advice??
I had similar symptoms before I started taking BC. You should talk to your doctor about trying it out. There's different brands/types, so your doctor will figure out what's best for you.
You should pay before getting your nails polished, that way you don't mess up your nails😉 I'm going to school to become a nail technician and we do that on the customers that want regular polish, it's so much easier
Antibiotics and Birthcontrol isn't the healthiest option for acne.. Actually it harms the body even more, you are just defeating the bodys natural system.
if you want to take birth control you still have to talk it through with a doctor, there are many health risks (infertile, strokes) you can google it, doctors wont always mention it but I know for a fact that in some cases you have to go through monthly blood testing before taking birth control. I recommend going to a dermatologist first.
I was thinking the same thing. There has been a huge issue with people taking antibiotics when they don't need them... I've heard it contributes to "super bugs," which is bacteria immune to most antibiotics (example: flesh eating bacteria). It also destroys flora in the intestines which plays a big part in immune system and overall health. Birthcontrol is iffy too. Side effects like depression and weight gain. Mood swings. Out of wack periods (if you still get one with bc). It can even worsen acne. So i totally agree with you! Her advice wasn't the best on that.
