From what ie/i have come to realize is that "law" is determined by the one that makes up the meaning of the words they use in the "bills" and "statutes" they create. Who has the authority to give "freedom"? Why do the makers of "laws" use the word "person" or "persons"?
The speaker is wrong, in that the 2 Amendment states that a well regulated Militia ..... but there is a comma "'," there, and a comma is short for "AND" so the reading would be a well regulated militia AND the RIGHT of the People to .. bear Arms... shall not be infringed. It covers both groups,,,,
