- Part 2: Walk with us on the Camino Frances as we leave Pamplona and walk the rolling hills of Navarra to La Rioja wine country. We pass through the iconic towns of Puente de la Reina, Estella, Los Arcos, Viana, Logroño, and Navarette. It's also a section of Camino icons, the wine fountain of Bodegas Irache and the statues at Alto del Perdón.
We started our walk on August 7, 2023 in Le Puy-en-Velay. After spending 28 days walking in France, we arrived at Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port on September 3rd. From there, we continued on the Camino Frances, arriving in Santiago de Compostela on September 29, 2023.

Glad to see that you guys continues to fulfill the emptiness with empty smiles... It works and helps to spend the days... you spend...
I think we walked through Torres del Rio on the same morning! People kept handing us wine to drink! Lots of silly fun :)
Hahaha yeah that section is hilarious. Say hi if you ever see us on the Camino!
Love you two. Have walked many many Camino’s and continue so to do, but in the winter try to keep in the ‘grove’ by watching RUclips videos. None make me smile so much as do yours, thankyou, sincerely, thankyou. x
Thank you so much! ❤️❤️❤️
Best line ever when taking a drink from the clown fountain" it tastes funny".😅
Glad you liked it!
Good to see your post. As I mentioned in a previous video of yours. I’m walking the Camino next July. So interested in warm weather. Good news is that I live in Phoenix, so my definition of hot may be a little different from most.
Compared to Phoenix, you’ll be fine! There’s a bit more humidity in the mountains (Pyrenees and Galicia), so that may be your toughest weather to deal with. 😁
Hi love your videos. Where did u stay in San Sol? And where did u have your dinner? If u don’t mind sharing? Look really nice!
Thanks so much. We stayed at Albergue Karma in Sansol. We ate dinner at a place on Calle Mayor that looked really new. We think it was called La Mala Racha.
Gran ambiente el de la calle Laurel. Buenas tapas y excelente vino 🥂
Sí! Es mejor!
You folks are too funny 😂 and that water fountain is just way weird. I don't think I've seen it in anyone else's videos!
It’s in Villatuerta! We laughed at the clown fountain so hard.
Aaaaaaah, I keep flip flopping between routes! Now I'm watching this and thinking, I WANT TO GO BACK TO FRANCEEEEEESSSS! It is gorgeous and I loved it. Like most folks, t'was my first route. 2007.
It's such a tough decision! They're all so unique. 2007! What a totally different Camino that must have been!
Great video. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks so much!
Thanks so much!
I love being on this adventure with you two. I'm working on getting time off to do the Camino mid Sept to Oct 2024. ❤
Thank you so much! We love having you a part of it. Buen Camino!
Americanos haciendo el camino?, jeje, siempre los veré descolocados.
Best line ever when taking a drink from the clown fountain" it tastes funny".😅
Good times with that crazy clown
theirs is a vice how many paths they lead
Wait....is that tiny bag on your hip the only backpack you carried?? Or did you send it ahead?
That’s his only bag! Here’s the packing list: ruclips.net/video/TTnPGfNDhMc/видео.html
Is that a water bottle rig on your backpack strap? If yes, who makes it?
It's a chest pocket by USWE, the same brand as my backpack. amzn.to/3uSYAjz
We love your stories, thank you. We are interested in what camera you use to capture videos on the Camino? Also do you edit and post whilst you are on the Camino? Cheers Chris, Australia.
Thanks so much. We use our iPhones to video. We have a 12 and a 13. We shoot in 4k 24fps. We don't edit and post on the road. For us, that would detract from our Camino experience.
@@DaysWeSpend Thank you for your response. The iPhone video options are awesome as are your videos. I agree with your practice of not detracting from your Camino experience. Happy travels

In which month did you travel ?
We walked in September.
Man that H2O drinking was a bit rated R 😂
Hahahahahaha. Totally agree -Lainey
Thanks for sharing your journey!
Thanks so much for watching!
