Another variable that has an impact on the end product is a water. Although water was mentioned during proofing, the type of water used during processing and after distallation are equally important and should be recognized.❤

I LOVE this blanco! OK, maybe too much, but it has a great agave aroma and flavor that rocks! Sooooooo smooth. My first introduction to it was in margaritas at a Mexican restaurant. Best margs ever and no hangover. I’m also interested in all the others but haven’t purchased yet. In your opinion, what blanco is your goto? Just found the channel and subscribed.

Thanks for being here with us! I can't say I have a specific favorite blanco. But with blanco tequilas being my favorite expression, what I can say is I love any brand that is very agave forward.

Sammy Hagar is not involved with Cabo Wabo tequila now He sold it years ago and it is not as good as it was when he owned it He signed a non compete agreement to not make tequila for I think 10 years When that expired he partnered with Guy Fierri and they started Santo Fino

I believe he is working with the same master distiller who made the original Cabo Wabo
