6× phosphoglucanolactone is catalysed by lactonase... Then we get *6×phosphogluconate* .. But sir write 6x phospholactonate.... So it's a mistake try to correct it

Sir, I think in 2nd stage of Oxidative pathway, the product is Phosphogluconate (that is why it is called Phosphogluconate pathway) not Phospholactonate

Yes, in that step enzyme involved is phosphohexo isomerase, there no phosphorylation takes place. So fructose-6-phosphate is converted to glucose-6-phosphate.
