Great question!!! Even medical students don't really need to know them - we are really only expected to know the substrates that are subject to regulation or have clinical significance. The substrates that I mentioned that were "weren't important" are not tested because they are not subject to any important regulation and have basically no clinical significance (at least that we know of). You won't be tested on them in premed or in med school.
